How to Send a Secure Message to Your Provider
The Got Lucky Labs patient portal, powered by Tebra, makes it simple to stay in touch with your provider through a secure messaging platform. This keeps your health information private while making communication quick and easy.

Step 1: Log In
Go to the patient portal and sign in using the email and password you created during registration.
Step 2: Open the Messaging Tab
From your dashboard, select “Messages”. This will take you to your secure inbox.
Step 3: Start a New Message
Click “New Message” to begin. Choose your provider from the dropdown menu, then type your message in the text box.
Step 4: Send and Receive Replies
After sending, your provider will receive the message securely within Tebra. You’ll be notified when a reply is available, and you can log back in anytime to view the conversation.
