Shipping, Tracking, and What to Expect With Your Order

We know the moment you place your order, you’re already watching the mailbox. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping, tracking, and delivery times for your Got Lucky Labs test kits.

Order Processing

  • Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 2 PM PST are typically processed and shipped out the same day.
  • Next-Business-Day Processing: Orders placed after 2 PM PST, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day.

You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.


Shipping Methods & Timelines

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) – Most customers receive their kits within a week.

Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.


Tracking Your Package

  • Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with your tracking number.
  • Click the link in your email to follow your package in real time.

What to Expect Upon Delivery

  • Your test kit will arrive in discreet, unbranded packaging for your privacy.
  • Inside the box, you’ll find your test kit, a prepaid return mailer, and instructions.
  • Be sure to keep your registration QR Code handy , you’ll need it when registering your kit.


Returning Your Samples

Once you’ve collected your samples, it’s important to ship them back in a timely manner using the prepaid mailer included in your kit.

  • Drop your package off at any USPS mailbox or post office.
  • Be sure to mail it the same day you collect your samples for the most accurate results.

How Long Until Results Are Ready?

After your kit is mailed, our partner lab will begin processing.

  • Results are typically available within 1–5 business days after the lab receives your sample.
  • You’ll get an email notification as soon as your results are ready to view in your Patient Portal.

Possible Delays

While we aim to get your kit to you as quickly as possible, delays can happen due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier issues
  • High shipping volumes during holidays
